‘B1KE’ is the brand name behind the UK’s No.1 Mountain Bike Trails, representing some of the biggest names in the industry including Cannondale Bikes, Red Bull and supporting some of the World’s most iconic riders. A home-grown UK business comprising 3 core revenue streams – Bikepark Membership, Trail Design / Build, and Cycle Coaching.

The Challenge
Segmentation between B2B and B2C audience types and products was needed on the B1KE website. A Manual sign-up process and increase in Customer Service calls were eating into management time. Uploading News of Events and Sponsors was also hampered by technical know-how with Social Media content limited to each channel.
Recommendations.
A fresh new design was applied to the newly segmented content and automation tools. This provided a cohesive overall style for the brand, delivering consistent customer experiences.

An award-winning WordPress theme was selected and customised with Woo Commerce products to handle seamless purchasing of memberships and automated renewals.

Automated bookings are managed with a module from Woo Bookings.
News feed is controlled by the managers at 4 different bikeparks and is a roundup from social media channels, freeing up management time.
We chose Stripe to handle payment integration. This was used as we could spread the cost for members and B1ke – with the lowest commission rate in the market.
